Sue Schoonbeek has extensive experience at a number of senior level nursing positions with a highly developed understanding of training, education, clinical and quality processes. She has worked for the largest private hospital group in Australia in both state and national positions, influencing education across 58 hospitals. The focus of her work has been strategic planning, and innovation to create best practice environments. She bases her work on the premise that best practice in the clinical area is achieved through personal engagement with staff to enhance their leadership skills in the resolution of problems.
