Dr Zoe Wainer is Deputy Director of Medical Services at the Peter McCallum Cancer Centre in Melbourne. Zoe is passionate about doctors health which has resulted in her involvement with the issue both in her role on the AMA Council of Doctors in Training, being a Director on the board of the Victorian Doctors Health Program, as well as advocating for doctor's health during her time as Vice President of AMA Victoria. In addition she has a personal element to her experience as she has both been on the receiving end of bullying in a previous position when she was a cardiothoracic surgical trainee and has had multiple situations where she has actively advocated for and supported doctors who have experienced bullying, galvansing her sense of the importance of tackling the issue on an ongoing basis.
