Jeff Giddings is Professor of Law and Director of Professionalism at Griffith Law School. He is also the Convenor of Griffith's Graduate Certificate in Dispute Resolution and was the Founding Director of the Griffith Clinical Legal Education Program. Jeff has extensive practice experience as a solicitor and mediator in Victoria and Queensland. He teaches and researches in areas related to dispute resolution, negotiation, access to justice, legal ethics and legal research. In May 2013, Jeff was awarded an Australian Government Office for Learning and Teaching National Teaching Fellowship. He also received the Australian Award for University Teaching in Law and Legal Studies in 1999 along with multiple awards from Griffith University. He is the author of Promoting Justice Through Clinical Legal Education, published by Justice Press in July 2013.
