Dr Chris Cresswell is practicing Emergency Medicine Physician in Wanganui, New Zealand. He has previously worked as a GP, in Alice Springs and for the Royal Flying Doctors Service. Chris is partly employed by the Medical Council of New Zealand to mentor, supervise and teach junior doctors at his hospital. He also teaches emergency medicine via blog and podcast http://emtutorials.com/. The podcast has just under 5,000 audio downloads a month. Chris co-leads a public meditation class, and teaches meditation to staff and patients within his hospital and via his podcast and blog. Dr Cresswell is also a maniacal mountain biker and a keen kayaker, he enjoys skiing and live music. He is very happily married and has two awesome children.
